He’s also inspiring others to use their personal challenges as a catalyst for magnified success. Andrew’s primary focus is to bring awareness and support to deserving charities. Over his 30+ year career as a technology executive, he has looked at philanthropy through two lenses: corporate and personal. From a corporate lens, as CEO and Board member, Andrew has been a driver and ambassador in three key areas of philanthropy:

Volunteer Time: Andrew encourages local offices to volunteer their time for specific local causes that employees are aligned with. He believes in thinking globally but acting locally.

Time Off for Charitable Engagement: Andrew provides time off for employee charitable engagement, allowing them to engage with causes that are personal to them.

Corporate Causes: Andrew aligns executives and employees to rally around corporate causes. He forms consensus and aligns them to corporate values.”

Andrew has been a leader in bringing philanthropy to be embedded in the corporate culture. Examples of these initiatives such as volunteer time, time off for personal giving and alignment to corporate goals, along with “Think Global and Act Local” are elements of how Andrew has woven these into company kickoffs, offsites, incentive trips and local and regional events to embedded the culture of giving, throughout the companies he has led.
